Overview
Topolo is the clearest expression of how I work: start with a commercial and operational problem, define the product boundary, then build the platform capabilities that let multiple products ship without recreating identity, permissions, tooling, and delivery standards every time.
I founded the platform and remain responsible for product direction, architecture, application boundaries, agent-native delivery, production readiness, and the trade-offs between speed and long-term coherence.
Key decisions
- Separated identity, catalog, billing, application, and operator ownership so product teams can move without duplicating the security core.
- Standardized browser auth, shared UI/runtime packages, service permissions, deployment contracts, and documentation evidence across the fleet.
- Built an agent-native delivery model with explicit specs, review gates, tests, staged rollout, observability, and rollback ownership.
