Led product and technology for a group of food businesses — the apps customers ordered through and the systems that ran ordering, delivery, and the kitchen behind the scenes.

  • Owned the technology end to end: subscriptions, meal planning, delivery, kitchen operations, mobile ordering, and keeping customers coming back.
  • Rebuilt the ordering, delivery, and kitchen systems to be faster and more reliable, with monitoring so problems got caught early.
  • Launched a mobile app and in-store kiosks with payments, accounts, and notifications — a smooth way for customers to order.
  • Connected up customer messaging and marketing tools (including WhatsApp) to cut manual work and support growth.
